Last updated 20 August 2026. This covers hashfit.org and the coaching enquiries that come through it.
Who is responsible
HASHFIT is run by Aaliyan Hashmi. If you have a question about your data, email aaliyanh2005@hotmail.com.
What is collected
When you complete the application questions on this site, I collect your first name, your email address, your Instagram handle if you give it, and your answers to the six questions.
Booking a call is handled by Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email and the time you picked, and processes it under its own privacy policy. If analytics are switched on, Google Analytics collects anonymised usage data such as which pages were viewed and roughly which country the visit came from.
No payment details are ever collected on this website.
Why it is collected
Your answers are used for one thing: so I can prepare properly for your call and tell you whether coaching is a fit. Your email is used to confirm the booking and to reply to you.
I do not sell your data, I do not share it with advertisers, and I do not add you to a mailing list from this form without asking you separately.
How long it is kept
Application answers are kept for twelve months, then deleted. If you become a client, your records are kept for as long as we work together and for six years afterwards, which is the normal period for business and tax records.
Your rights
You can ask me for a copy of what I hold on you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email aaliyanh2005@hotmail.com and I will action it within 30 days. You can also object to processing or ask for your data in a portable format.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If Google Analytics is enabled it sets its own analytics cookies. Calendly and any embedded video player set cookies when you interact with them, under their own policies. You can block all of these in your browser settings without breaking the site.
Client photos and scans
Every client photo and body scan on this site is published with that client’s permission. Scans shown without a name are shown that way at the client’s request. If you are a client and you want your images taken down, email me and they come down.
