The service

HASHFIT provides one to one online body transformation coaching. That includes a training programme, nutrition guidance, a weekly video check in, and one to one calls, over the term agreed with you before you start.

Fees and payment

There are several coaching programmes. Which one applies to you, the fee for it and the payment schedule are agreed with you on your call and confirmed in writing before anything is charged. No fees are quoted or collected through this website.

The refund guarantee

You get a full refund if you do not get the result, provided that you:

• completed your prescribed training sessions,
• submitted every weekly check in, and
• hit your agreed nutrition targets at least 80 percent of the time.

Those three conditions are the whole test, and they are tracked in your check ins as we go, so neither of us is guessing at the end. Refund requests are made in writing to aaliyanh2005@hotmail.com.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give accurate information about your health, training history and nutrition, to follow the programme as written, and to tell me promptly if something changes, including injury or illness.

I am a transformation coach, not a doctor, dietitian or physiotherapist. Nothing on this site or in coaching is medical advice. Speak to a qualified medical professional before starting any training or nutrition programme, particularly if you have an existing condition, an injury, or you are taking medication. You train at your own risk.

Results

The results shown on this website are real, belong to real clients, and are published with their permission. They are not a promise of what you will achieve. Your outcome depends on your starting point, your consistency, your health and your circumstances.

Cancellation

Coaching runs for the term agreed with you at the start and confirmed in writing. If you need to pause for a genuine medical reason, contact me and we will agree a pause in writing. Rights you have under consumer law are not affected by these terms.

Intellectual property

The programmes, materials and content provided to you are for your own use. You may not resell, republish or distribute them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
